The Different Stories Podcast

The Different Stories Podcast is a collection of honest, open and sometimes candid conversations with people from a whole range of marginalised, under-represented and unheard groups who share their stories about feeling different from the mainstream, of feeling ‘other.’

By inviting them to share their stories of how they felt different, how they were treated differently and how they would prefer to be treated going forward, my intention is to give you an opportunity to walk a while in their shoes, to listen and learn and ultimately to make some small changes in your attitude and behaviour so that you become even more inclusive.

When we walk in others’ shoes, we start to understand and when we understand, the world becomes a kinder place.
