A Bipolar Journey: Navigating Choppy Waters

Because Catherine Stratta was ‘doing alright’ at school and then at medical school, her periods of depression were thought to be nothing more than normal hormonal issues. In this episode she shares her story of how her eventual diagnosis gradually allowed her to feel able to open up about her disorder. That opening up has bought into her strengths and helped her find her sense of purpose. With that comes a sense of peace and stability and it now gives her joy to be able to give her clients some of that too.
