Sarah is a leadership coach and speaker. She approached me for help with a specific speech she was working on.

Although this particular presentation was to be just 10 minutes long, our aim was to create a speech that could easily be adapted for longer speaking slots, without having to start from scratch again.

Sarah has extensive experience of leadership roles to draw on and based on that she has created her own process to help other leaders succeed in their challenging roles, and it was this process that she wanted to showcase.

We did that by crafting her own story, including what she had learned along the way, in order to create a presentation that was engaging, that flowed and was on message.
