Feeling themselves to be ‘other’ in several ways, but with nobody who seemed like them to look up to, life was more challenging for Bex Harper than it needed to be. In this episode, Bex talks about intersections of difference and the impact of positive role models, or lack of them. Dr Bex Harper (they/them) is an experienced, certified and professionally-trained transformational coach; a qualified teacher; and a regular practitioner of meditation and mindfulness. Bex is a neurodivergent, chronic illness survivor, who continues to use nature and the outdoors for therapeutic purposes. Bex is passionate about helping neurodiverse and chronically ill clients to conquer stress, burn out, overwhelm and disorganisation so that they can get back to being in control of their lives.
