The Potent Power of Menopause

Did you know that menopause comes with a bonus? I certainly didn't until my conversation with Kate Usher in this week's episode. She of course outlines the torrid disadvantages of the menopause itself and how friends, family and colleagues can support women going through it, before going on to speak about the power it leaves women with. Be sure to listen in to hear what Kate has to say. Kate is an experienced Menopause Coach and Change Strategist with a specialism in gender equality. She works with women and organisations to create simple strategies that enable modern and supportive Menopause conversations. This increases awareness of this life phase, its pivotal impact on equality across the workforce and representation in senior and executive positions. She is also an internationally published author, her book ‘Your Second Phase – reclaiming work and relationships during and after Menopause’ was shortlisted for the Business Book of the Year Award 2021. https://www.linkedin.com/in/kateusher/ https://twitter.com/Menoinbusiness https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTPbWpnBUw7bXmlm6wSIZvA www.menopauseinbusiness.com Kate's books: Your Second Phase - https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=your+second+phase&crid=2MB18UEBG8OJL&sprefix=your+secon%2Caps%2C150&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_2_10 The Potent Power of Menopause - https://geni.us/menopause About the host Rachel Maunder Rachel Maunder is a Story Coach, helping people find and craft their personal stories for greater engagement through speaking.
